- Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
- Location: Remote
- Experience: Minimum 5 years (preferably with B2B sales exposure in the HR service industry)
- Industry: Staffing, HR Payroll, and HR Labour Law Compliances
- Compensation: Up to 10 Lakhs Annually, Travelling Allowance additional
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with senior decision-makers such as Vice Presidents, CEOs, and Group HR Heads of leading organizations through corporate presentations and discussions.
- Drive client acquisition and business growth through B2B sales efforts.
- Generate leads via email campaigns, cold calls, networking, and organizing internal/external meetings.
- Build, cultivate, and manage strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand and address their requirements effectively.
- Support the conception and execution of innovative sales and marketing strategies in line with the company’s branding and vision.
- Develop and manage client relationships to foster long-term business associations.
- Identify and pursue prospective customers through various business directories, referrals, and leads.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports detailing activities, pipeline, and progress.
- Collaborate with the executive team to ensure strong relationship management across all customer levels.
- Be open to travel when required for client meetings or business development initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in staffing, payroll, or HR compliance services.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
- Willingness to travel when business needs arise.
